By accessing and using AlchemistX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. You are required to read and agree to these Terms before completing any purchase.

AlchemistX provides gaming enhancement software and related services for supported titles including Mission Against Terror (MAT) and Super Dancer Online (SDO). Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from compatibility issues following game updates.

You must register an account and verify your email address before you are permitted to make a purchase. Email verification is mandatory and ensures that you receive important notifications regarding your subscription, service status, and account security. Purchasing is blocked until verification is complete. We also offer optional two-factor authentication (2FA), which you may enable from your dashboard settings. When 2FA is enabled, a one-time code is sent to your registered email address at each login. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email address; loss of email access while 2FA is enabled may prevent you from logging in until support can assist.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Understanding the risks associated with using third-party gaming software
• Reading and understanding the current product status before purchasing
• Keeping your license key, loader download link, and order details private
• Complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using our Discord support server
• Any consequences resulting from the use of our services

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payment must be made in full before accessing services and is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are one-time payments valid for the duration stated on the product - they do not auto-renew. You will need to make a new purchase when your subscription expires. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of purchase is final.

The checkout on this website is the only official way to pay for our products, with one exception: a paid M.A.T. invite code (see Section 19), which our team sells only inside a support ticket on our official Discord server. Our staff may also send you a payment link created on this website: it always opens on alchemistx.vip/pay, works only while you are signed in to your own account, shows the amount, and expires within 15 minutes; paying through such a link counts as the official checkout. Our staff will never contact you first by direct message and never ask for your password. Apart from a paid invite code in such a ticket, they will never ask you to send payment to a personal account, a bank transfer, a wallet address, or any other channel outside the official checkout. Payments sent outside the official checkout are not recognised, cannot be verified, grant no access, and cannot be recovered by us. If someone approaches you privately offering a discount or an alternative payment method, treat it as a scam and report it in our Discord server. If you believe there is a problem with a payment you made through the official checkout, open a support ticket before taking any other action - filing a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first is treated as payment fraud under Section 10.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to: account suspension or ban in associated games, technical difficulties or compatibility issues caused by game updates, product being in Maintenance or Updating status at the time of purchase (you are warned of this before payment), user error or misuse of services, or change of mind. Please ensure you fully understand the product and its current status before completing your purchase.

Products may periodically enter Maintenance, Updating, or Offline status. During these periods, subscription time is automatically paused - your expiry date will not count down while the service is unavailable. When a product is restored to Online status, all affected active subscriptions are extended by the exact duration of the downtime. Purchasing a product while it is in Maintenance or Updating status is allowed but done at your own discretion after acknowledging the associated risks. Purchasing an Offline product is not permitted.

HWID locking rules:

• Each license is bound to a single device via Hardware ID (HWID). You may only use the software on one (1) PC at a time.
• Your HWID is automatically registered on first login through the loader.
• Attempting to log in from a second device will be denied. Repeated failed attempts will result in automatic account suspension as an anti-sharing measure.
• You may reset your HWID binding from your Dashboard once every 7 days. This allows you to transfer your license to a new device.
• Admin-assisted resets are available at our discretion for legitimate hardware changes (e.g., PC replacement). Contact support via Discord.
• Circumventing HWID restrictions or sharing access with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination without refund.

You agree NOT to:

• Share, sell, transfer, or distribute your account or access to others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Bypass or circumvent HWID restrictions or license enforcement
• Resell, redistribute, or leak our products without explicit written permission
• Publicly post or share your license key, loader download link, invoice, or other private purchase details
• Send payment for our products through any channel other than the official checkout on this website
• File fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Impersonate our staff, or claim to sell or resell our products on our behalf

You acknowledge and understand that: use of third-party software may violate the terms of service of the associated game; your game account may be suspended or permanently banned as a result; we are not responsible for any consequences to your game accounts; you use our services entirely at your own risk; we do not guarantee detection avoidance or uninterrupted functionality following game patches; and when purchasing during Maintenance or Updating status, the product may not function as expected until the update or maintenance is complete.

All content, features, and functionality of AlchemistX services are the exclusive property of AlchemistX or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal use only. This license is tied to your registered account and HWID binding and may not be shared or transferred.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AlchemistX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of data or profits, game account suspensions or bans, interruption of services due to game updates or maintenance, or damages resulting from use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the past 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activities including chargebacks; sharing, selling, or transferring account access; HWID abuse or circumvention; abusive behavior towards staff or other users. Enforcement may include closing your support ticket, refusing service, revoking product access, terminating your account, and banning you from our Discord server. Serious fraud, impersonation, or security incidents may additionally be reported to the relevant platform or payment provider. No refunds will be provided upon account suspension or termination.

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including hardware identification data used for license enforcement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Support is provided exclusively through our Discord community via the support ticket system. No support is offered through direct messages, and any private message claiming to be from our staff should be treated as an impersonation attempt. Please open one ticket per issue and describe your request clearly - opening duplicate tickets for the same issue only delays the response. Response times are not guaranteed, and support is provided on a best-effort basis. Spamming tickets, submitting false reports, or harassing, threatening, or abusing staff will result in the ticket being closed and may lead to refusal of service or account termination. Critical service status updates (Maintenance, Updating, Offline) are reflected in real time on the Store and Dashboard.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using AlchemistX, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

M.A.T. is available by invitation only. The following rules apply:

• Only an account holding a valid M.A.T. invite may purchase or use M.A.T. Without a valid invite the purchase button is unavailable and the loader will not start M.A.T.
• Invites are issued solely at our discretion, from time to time, in limited release windows, and may be given free of charge or for a fee. We do not guarantee that a release will happen at any particular time.
• Each invite code is single-use. Once redeemed it is permanently bound to the account that redeemed it and cannot be used again, transferred or reassigned. Every redemption is recorded against that account.
• An invite code may only be obtained from the AlchemistX team. A paid invite code is sold only by our team, inside a support ticket on our official Discord server. Buying a code from anyone else, and reselling, trading or sharing a code, is prohibited. Codes obtained from anyone other than AlchemistX may be disabled without notice, and the invite of any account involved may be revoked.
• Our team will only ask for payment for an invite code inside a support ticket on our official Discord server - never in a direct message, and never for your password. If anyone else asks you to pay for an invite code, it is not us. We are not responsible for any loss if you pay someone who is not the AlchemistX team, and we cannot refund or recover such a payment.
• A paid invite code is non-refundable once delivered, including if the invite later lapses or is revoked under this clause.
• Your invite stays valid for as long as your account holds an active M.A.T. plan.
• If you redeem an invite but do not purchase M.A.T. within 3 months (90 days) of redeeming it, the invite lapses automatically.
• When your M.A.T. plan expires, you have 3 months (90 days) from the expiry date to purchase M.A.T. again. If your account holds no active M.A.T. plan at the end of that period, the invite lapses automatically.
• We will notify you on the website at least 14 days before your invite lapses. A lapsed or revoked invite cannot be restored; a new invite code is required to purchase or use M.A.T. again.
• Time during which M.A.T. is in Maintenance, Updating or Offline status (see clause 8) does not count toward the 3-month (90-day) period.
• We may revoke an invite at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, including by sharing, reselling or abusing access. Revocation takes effect immediately: access to M.A.T. ends, any remaining M.A.T. plan time is forfeited, and no refund is given.
• M.A.T. cannot be bought as a gift for another account. An invite does not include any free plan time.
• Accounts that held M.A.T. when this policy took effect received an invite automatically and are bound by the same rules.
