1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AlchemistX services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. You are required to read and agree to these Terms before completing any purchase.

2. Service Description

AlchemistX provides gaming enhancement software and related services for supported titles including Mission Against Terror (MAT) and Super Dance Online (SDO). Our services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from compatibility issues following game updates.

3. Account & Email Verification

You must register an account and verify your email address before you are permitted to make a purchase. Email verification is mandatory and ensures that you receive important notifications regarding your subscription, service status, and account security. Purchasing is blocked until verification is complete.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Understanding the risks associated with using third-party gaming software
• Reading and understanding the current product status before purchasing
• Any consequences resulting from the use of our services

5. Purchase & Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payment must be made in full before accessing services and is processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions are one-time payments valid for the duration stated on the product — they do not auto-renew. You will need to make a new purchase when your subscription expires. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of purchase is final.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to: account suspension or ban in associated games, technical difficulties or compatibility issues caused by game updates, product being in Maintenance or Updating status at the time of purchase (you are warned of this before payment), user error or misuse of services, or change of mind. Please ensure you fully understand the product and its current status before completing your purchase.

7. Service Status & Subscription Time Compensation

Products may periodically enter Maintenance, Updating, or Offline status. During these periods, subscription time is automatically paused — your expiry date will not count down while the service is unavailable. When a product is restored to Online status, all affected active subscriptions are extended by the exact duration of the downtime. Purchasing a product while it is in Maintenance or Updating status is allowed but done at your own discretion after acknowledging the associated risks. Purchasing an Offline product is not permitted.

8. HWID Binding & Device Policy

HWID locking rules:

• Each license is bound to a single device via Hardware ID (HWID). You may only use the software on one (1) PC at a time.
• Your HWID is automatically registered on first login through the loader.
• Attempting to log in from a second device will be denied. Repeated failed attempts will result in automatic account suspension as an anti-sharing measure.
• You may reset your HWID binding from your Dashboard once every 30 days. This allows you to transfer your license to a new device.
• Admin-assisted resets are available at our discretion for legitimate hardware changes (e.g., PC replacement). Contact support via Discord.
• Circumventing HWID restrictions or sharing access with others is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination without refund.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share, sell, transfer, or distribute your account or access to others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Bypass or circumvent HWID restrictions or license enforcement
• Resell our products without explicit written permission
• File fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

10. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and understand that: use of third-party software may violate the terms of service of the associated game; your game account may be suspended or permanently banned as a result; we are not responsible for any consequences to your game accounts; you use our services entirely at your own risk; we do not guarantee detection avoidance or uninterrupted functionality following game patches; and when purchasing during Maintenance or Updating status, the product may not function as expected until the update or maintenance is complete.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AlchemistX services are the exclusive property of AlchemistX or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal use only. This license is tied to your registered account and HWID binding and may not be shared or transferred.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AlchemistX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of data or profits, game account suspensions or bans, interruption of services due to game updates or maintenance, or damages resulting from use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the past 30 days.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for: violation of these Terms; fraudulent activities including chargebacks; sharing, selling, or transferring account access; HWID abuse or circumvention; abusive behavior towards staff or other users. No refunds will be provided upon account suspension or termination.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including hardware identification data used for license enforcement.

15. Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

16. Support & Communication

Support is provided exclusively through our Discord community via the support ticket system. Response times are not guaranteed, and support is provided on a best-effort basis. Critical service status updates (Maintenance, Updating, Offline) are reflected in real time on the Store and Dashboard.

17. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using AlchemistX, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
