We update, we do not disappear: Every build we have sold is still maintained. When a game patches, the build is paused in the store until it is fixed, and the time you lose is added back to your subscription.
Support is the people who built it: There is no outsourced help desk. Ask in the Discord and the person answering wrote the code.
