AlchemistX ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our gaming enhancement software and services. By using AlchemistX, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

• To authenticate your identity and enforce license restrictions (HWID binding)
• To process one-time subscription payments via Stripe
• To prevent unauthorized access, detect fraud, and enforce our Terms & Conditions
• To send one-time login codes to your email when two-factor authentication is enabled
• To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, subscription status, security alerts)
• To send marketing and product update emails, if you have opted in
• To calculate and track affiliate referral commissions
• To verify a linked Discord account and manage subscriber access in our Discord server
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes through our Discord ticket system
• To maintain security audit logs for account actions

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only with: Stripe (payment processing - governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy); Resend (delivery of verification, login, and transactional emails); Discord (account linking and support, if you choose to link your account or open a ticket - governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy); cloud hosting providers used to operate our infrastructure; payment providers or platforms when we report fraud, chargeback abuse, impersonation, or a security incident; when required by applicable law or court order; or in the event of a business merger or acquisition. All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted password storage using industry-standard hashing algorithms; one-way cryptographic hashing of hardware identifiers (raw HWID is never stored); secure session tokens with limited lifetimes; access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel; and secure database configurations. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Subscription and order records may be retained after account termination for legal and accounting purposes. HWID binding records are retained for security auditing. You may request account deletion by contacting us through Discord.

Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Our services are hosted on cloud infrastructure which may process your data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. By using our services, you consent to such transfers. We ensure that any such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards.

In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information, we will notify affected users promptly through email and/or account notification, and will take immediate steps to mitigate the breach and prevent recurrence.
