AlchemistX ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our gaming enhancement software and services. By using AlchemistX, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Account Information
When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We also record whether your email address has been verified.
Hardware ID (HWID)
When you authenticate through our loader software, we collect your device's hardware identifier. This is stored exclusively as a one-way cryptographic hash — the raw hardware ID is never stored. This data is used solely to enforce the one-device-per-license policy and detect unauthorized account sharing.
Subscription & Order Data
We store records of your purchases, active subscriptions, subscription start and end dates, and order history. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details. We retain Stripe customer IDs and transaction references for accounting purposes.
Usage & Loader Data
We log authentication events from our loader software, including timestamps, session IDs, and HWID binding activity. This data is used for security, anti-fraud, and support purposes.
Marketing Consent
During registration, you may opt in to receive product update emails and promotional communications. This consent is recorded and can be withdrawn at any time from your account dashboard.
Referral Tracking
If you visit our site via an affiliate referral link, a referral cookie ('ref') is stored in your browser for up to 30 days. This is used to attribute purchases to the referring affiliate for commission purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only with: Stripe (payment processing — governed by Stripe's own Privacy Policy); cloud hosting providers used to operate our infrastructure; when required by applicable law or court order; or in the event of a business merger or acquisition. All third-party providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encrypted password storage using industry-standard hashing algorithms; one-way cryptographic hashing of hardware identifiers (raw HWID is never stored); secure session tokens with limited lifetimes; access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel; and secure database configurations. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Subscription and order records may be retained after account termination for legal and accounting purposes. HWID binding records are retained for security auditing. You may request account deletion by contacting us through Discord.
Authentication Tokens
We use secure cookies to maintain your login session. These are essential for service functionality and cannot be disabled without logging out.
Referral Cookie
If you arrive via an affiliate link, a 'ref' cookie is stored for up to 30 days to attribute your purchase to the correct affiliate. This cookie contains only the affiliate's slug identifier.
Session Preferences
We may store non-essential preferences to improve your experience. You can control these through your browser settings.
Access and Update
You can view and update your account information (username, email, password) directly from your dashboard.
Marketing Opt-Out
If you have opted in to marketing emails, you can withdraw consent at any time from your account dashboard settings.
Deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting us via Discord. We will delete your personal data subject to legal retention obligations (e.g., transaction records).
HWID Data
Your stored HWID hash can be cleared by resetting your HWID binding from the dashboard, or by requesting an admin reset via Discord support.
Our service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
Our services are hosted on cloud infrastructure which may process your data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. By using our services, you consent to such transfers. We ensure that any such transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards.
In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information, we will notify affected users promptly through email and/or account notification, and will take immediate steps to mitigate the breach and prevent recurrence.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
