Our product is currently undetected as of the latest game patch. However, use at your own risk — no third-party software is permanently undetectable. We update regularly to maintain compatibility and safety after game patches.
Your license is bound to your device's hardware ID (HWID). You can only use it on one (1) PC at a time. Your HWID is automatically registered on your first login through the loader. If you need to switch to a different device, you can reset your HWID binding from your Dashboard — this can be done once every 30 days.
No. Each license is locked to a single device. If you need to transfer your license to a new PC, go to Dashboard → HWID Manager and click Reset HWID. You can do this once every 30 days. For urgent situations outside the cooldown period, contact our support team on Discord.
Go to your Dashboard → HWID Manager and reset your HWID binding. This clears the old device and allows the loader to register your new hardware on next login. Resets are allowed once every 30 days. If you are within the cooldown period, contact our support team on Discord for an assisted reset.
Join our Discord server and open a support ticket in the designated ticket channel. Please include your username, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots. Our team will respond as soon as possible.
After your payment is confirmed, log in to your account and go to your Dashboard. You will find your active subscription and the loader download there. Follow the setup instructions provided on the dashboard.
Download the loader from your Dashboard. Run it as Administrator. Disable your antivirus or add the loader to your exclusion list if it is flagged. Launch the game only after the loader is ready and shows a successful connection.
During Maintenance or Updating status, the product may be unstable or temporarily non-functional. Your subscription time is automatically paused — the expiry date will not count down during downtime. When the product comes back online, your subscription is extended by the exact duration of the downtime. You will see a warning dialog before purchasing a product in these states.
Yes, but you will be shown a warning dialog explaining the current status and associated risks before you can proceed to payment. We strongly recommend reading this information carefully. Purchases made during these periods are still subject to our no-refund policy.
No. Accounts and licenses are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or attempting to use your account on multiple devices will trigger our anti-sharing system, which may result in automatic account suspension.
Your subscription expiry date is displayed in your account Dashboard. You will be able to see the exact date and time your access expires for each product.
Head to the Store page and purchase a new subscription. If you still have remaining time left, a new purchase will stack on top of your existing time — it does not reset the clock.
No. If you purchase again while your subscription is still active, the new duration is added on top of your remaining time. For example, if you have 3 days left and purchase a 30-day plan, you will have 33 days total.

We are not responsible for any game account bans or suspensions. Using third-party software carries inherent risk and is against most games' terms of service. Ban-related issues are not covered under our service and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
We update AlchemistX regularly after major game patches. Updates are typically released within 24–48 hours. The product status on the Store page reflects the current state — Updating means a patch is in progress, Online means everything is ready.
No. Subscriptions are one-time payments and do not auto-renew. You have full control over when you purchase. You will need to buy a new subscription manually when your current one expires.
All sales are final. No refunds are issued under any circumstances, including game bans, product downtime, or change of mind. Please read the Terms & Conditions and ensure you understand the product before purchasing.
